Are utilities included in rent?
The rent includes water, sewer, and trash! Electricity is the only utility that residents are responsible for paying for.
How much does it cost to apply?
The application fee is $13 per adult.
What is Ryder Ridge’s pet policy, including fees and breed restrictions?
Ryder Ridge allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
