Pricing reflects a 12-month lease term and includes water, sewer, and trash. Residents are responsible for electric, which is billed separately and varies based on usage.

Required one-time fees include a $13 application fee per adult, a $250 holding fee, and a $500 standard security deposit.

Pets: $300 refundable deposit, $200 nonrefundable pet fee, $50/month pet rent
