Pricing reflects a 12-month lease term and includes trash. Residents are responsible for electric, water, and sewer, which is billed separately and varies based on usage. Average monthly costs for electric, water, and sewer vary by apartment size:

1 Bedroom: $80/month
2 Bedroom: $111/month
3 Bedroom: $138/month
4 Bedroom: $163/month

Actual utility costs may vary based on usage and are billed separately.

Required One Time Fees (Due At Application):
Application Fee: $13 (non-refundable)
Holding Fee: $150

Required One Time Fees (Due At Move-In):
Security Deposit: $500 one-time, refundable deposit if approved through screening.
One month’s rent one-time, refundable deposit if approved with conditions.

The holding fee is applied toward the security deposit if the application is approved and the applicant moves in. The holding fee is refunded if the applicant is denied or cancels within 72 hours of submitting the application. If the holding fee is not paid within 24 hours of starting the application, the application will be canceled. If the applicant cancels more than 72 hours after submitting the application, the holding fee is not refunded. If the applicant does not respond to requests for information by the deadline provided and the application is canceled, the holding fee is not refunded.

Pets: $300 refundable deposit, $200 nonrefundable pet fee, $50/month pet rent
